    Title:Transparent and Dense Ladder-Like Alkylene-Bridged Polymethylsiloxane Coating with Enhanced Water Vapor Barrier Property

    Abstract:Organic-inorganic hybrid composites have been well-studied as water vapor barrier materials for their long diffusion length of water vapor in coatings which can be realized by improving the aspect ratio of inorganic components and regularity of nanostructure in coatings. In this paper, dense organic-inorganic hybrid coating based on ladder-like alkylene-bridged polymethylsiloxane (ABPMS) was successfully fabricated through the hydrosilylation reaction between polymethylhydrosiloxane and diene (1,5-hexadiene or 1,7-octadiene) in toluene under Pt/C catalysis. Its ladder-like structure was verified by 29Si magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR, 13C MAS NMR, and in-plane and out-of-plane glance-incident X-ray diffraction (GIXRD) techniques. Its corresponding coating showed excellent water vapor barrier ability for a typical water-soluble crystal, potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP). When treated in 50% relative humidity (RH) condition at 25 °C for 8 months, the ABPMS coating with 100 nm thickness displayed a very low transmittance loss of 1.6% compared with the high transmittance loss of 10% for uncoated KDP. Moreover, the ABPMS coating showed good ultraviolet radiation resistance, thermal stability, low mechanical property, and excellent compatibility with hydrophobic antireflective (AR) coatings. ? 2015 American Chemical Society.

    Abstract:We present evidence that transmission loss in gated x-ray framing cameras can affect relative gains. Transmission loss is caused by a variety of factors including: incident voltage waveform, matched load, width of Au electrode gap, and so on. The transition electrode in MCP (Micro-channel Plate) is continuous gradual change line, and it has good capability of compensation. When continuous gradual change micro-strip line is designed, dielectric loss tangent is one of transmission loss factors too. The model structure is designed based on the analysis of modeling and simulation techniques and experiment data as well as forecast target. The transmission loss is reduced from 50% to 25%, the transmission efficiency is greatly improved. ? 2015 SPIE.

    Abstract:The threat assessment of aerial targets is the basis for improving the ability that air defense system deals with various objects. Considering the timeliness, multi-factor and imprecision in a threat assessment process, a group generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets (G-GIFSS) is constructed to fulfill the threat assessment. Among them, after selecting suitable evaluation indexes and quantitative methods, a multi-expert parameter set is introduced to overcome the knowledge limitation of the only one expert in original GIFSS.     Abstract:The base-platform deformation and uneven of vehicle-borne photoelectric theodolite can lead to the theodolite angle measurement error larger than before. In order to improve the precision, the error should be corrected. With the level measurement meter, the angle of the platform and the horizontal plane can be measured. Based on the measurement results, an analytic geometry method of plane rotation changes is put forward for converting the results to the vertical axis tilt angle and azimuth tilt angle, and then the alignment error is analyzed, which is caused by the calculation method during measurement. At last, the relationships of composition error, alignment error, and the tilt of the platform are analyzed. The simulation and experimental results show that, within the vehicle leveling accuracy of 300″, the vehicle-borne theodolite comprehensive angle error is less than 16″, and the high precision measurement can be realized. ?, 2015, Chinese Optical Society.     Abstract:Multiatlas based method is commonly used in medical image segmentation. In multiatlas based image segmentation, atlas selection and combination are considered as two key factors affecting the performance. Recently, manifold learning based atlas selection methods have emerged as very promising methods. However, due to the complexity of prostate structures in raw images, it is difficult to get accurate atlas selection results by only measuring the distance between raw images on the manifolds. Although the distance between the regions to be segmented across images can be readily obtained by the label images, it is infeasible to directly compute the distance between the test image (gray) and the label images (binary). This paper tries to address this problem by proposing a label image constrained atlas selection method, which exploits the label images to constrain the manifold projection of raw images. Analyzing the data point distribution of the selected atlases in the manifold subspace, a novel weight computation method for atlas combination is proposed. Compared with other related existing methods, the experimental results on prostate segmentation from T2w MRI showed that the selected atlases are closer to the target structure and more accurate segmentation were obtained by using our proposed method. ? 2015 IEEE.

    Abstract:Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs) are usually utilized in multi-attribute decision making problems, providing an accurate description of incomplete and uncertain information. The existing IVIFN-based works mainly focus on either the prioritization relationship of attributes or both the importance and the ordered position of them. However, these aspects of attributes are all important in practical use and they should be simultaneously considered. To this end, this paper proposes an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized hybrid weighted aggregation (IVIF-PHWA) operator. The contribution of this paper is threefold: 1) A unit prioritized hybrid weighted aggregation (UPHWA) operator is proposed, which considers the prioritization relationship, the importance and the ordered position of attributes. 2) TheUPHWAoperator is extended into IVIF-PHWAoperator, whose properties are all investigated. These properties illustrate that the IVIF-PHWA operator can better deal with the incomplete and imprecise information. 3) This work develops an IVIF-PHWA operator-based multi-attribute decision making method to solve the decision making problems in IVIF environment.     Abstract:Spectral imaging technology has made great achievements in applications of earth observation and space target detection, with the further development of research, the requirement that People tend to get more material properties about target is also improving rapidly, so getting more characters of the target is continuous pursuit goal for the instruments of optical remote sensing. Polarization is one of the four main physical properties of light including intensity, frequency and phase . It has very important significance for remote sensing observations such as improving the accuracy of target recognition. This paper proposes on a spectropolarimeter system based on Sagnac interferometer, and introduces the main aspects related to System components, working principle, optical design, adaptive spectrum extraction algorithm, state of polarization extraction methods. Also get the data of polarization spectral imaging by using the instruments designed by the principle .By processing these data I have got the combined polarization image and target spectral curves, achieved a good result. It is a new attempt to obtain polarization spectral image by integrated measuring system. Then thoroughly solve the traditional shortcoming of spectropolarimeter, such as asynchronous detecting, poor stability and vibration, poor energy efficiency.     Abstract:Farmland is the material base of human survival and development. Currently, China faces the serious situation that a large population corresponds to less average arable land during a long term. As Chinese urbanization process has accelerated in recent years, farmland in particular area-suburb is often developed to construction land, and even suffers the risk of being illegally occupied. With the implementation of geography national condition monitoring plan on a national scale, China is in urgent need of the development of efficient extraction and monitoring method of farmland for the protection and rational utilization of farmland. High-resolution remote sensing image contains rich and detailed ground information, and it can accurately reflect the suburb terrain types and their spatial distribution. However, house, road, drainage, tree are mixed with farmland in the high-resolution remote sensing image of suburb, and the suburban grounds' features are very similar in the spectrum, shape and texture characteristics, which leads the extraction of farmland to become very difficult. It is more feasible to extract the farmland from the non-construction area, therefore, the construction area is separated out from the image in the first place. The best segmentation scale suitable for farmland is determined according to the multi-scale segmentation in order to accomplish the extraction of farmland in an object-based approach, and then the whole image is segment in this best scale. Furthermore, the typical samples of farmland and non-farmland are selected to train the support vector machine (SVM) model. After the farmland has been classified via SVM, the spatial distribution relationship between segmented objects is taken into consideration to remove the false alarm objects and offset the omitted objects. Specifically, the proposed method consists of four steps: construction area removing, hierarchical farmland extraction, classification via SVM, and judgment by spatial distribution relationship. As a result, according to the characteristics of the suburban farmland in high-resolution remote sensing image, an automatic farmland extraction method combining multi-scale segmentation and hierarchical recognition is presented in this paper. Firstly, an improved algorithm of Harris corner detection constrained by NDVI is developed to extract the corner, and based on the probability density map of built-up areas, the complex construction areas are separated by using Otsu algorithm (OTSU). Secondly, the estimation of scale parameter (ESP) is used to analyze the parameters for generating the multi-scale segmentation of the non-construction area, and then the optimal ones suitable for extracting farmland are selected to segment the image as a whole. Thirdly, based on three rules for identifying farmland objects, shape and spectrum are intergraded to extract the typical farmland objects from a mass of segmented objects; after the SVM model is trained based on the intact farmland samples and the non-farmland samples in construction areas, this model is used to classify the remaining uncertain ground objects. Finally, the spatial distribution relationship is taken into account to refine the classification results produced by SVM. In this study, high-resolution remote sensing image from QuickBird is used to precisely extract farmland in suburb. In the farmland extraction experiments, correct rate of the proposed method is 80.09% which is 17.88% higher than the object-oriented SVM classification method, and error rate of the proposed method is 12.26% which is 1.30% lower than the object-oriented SVM classification method. The final results indicate that the proposed method can effectively extract farmland with different structures and spectral features from high-resolution remote sensing image of the complex environment of suburban area. ?, 2015, Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering.     Abstract:A novel scheme for diagnosing sensor failures in a flight control system is presented. In the proposed scheme, a set of self-organizing fuzzy systems named as SAFISs are applied as the online approximators for recognizing the sensor outputs in order to determine the failure detection, identification and accommodation (FDIA). SAFIS is an online learning fuzzy system with concurrent structure and parameter learning. The rules of the SAFIS are added or deleted based on the input data without predefining them by trial and error. The efficiency of the proposed scheme is demonstrated by simulation examples where soft failures in the angular rate gyros are successfully diagnosed. ? 2015 IEEE.

    Abstract:A MARX circuit was designed by connecting the avalanche transistors serially and parallel. A high-voltage pulse driving source with low jitter was developed based on this circuit, and it was applied on a electro-optical switch clipping system of ultraviolet laser pulse. The time matching degree between high-voltage driving pulse and laser electro-optic system was regulated by synchronous regulator to get the best work state of the driving electrical pulses coupling with the electro-optical switch; work state of the electro-optical switch and shaping process of the laser were researched while matching the working time, when the amplitude and pulse width of high-voltage driving pulse was 2690 V and 7.9 ns, the UV laser pulse with 7.1 ns in pulse width can be compressed to 2.1 ns.     Title:Generation and propagation of stretched-pulse with sidebands

    Abstract:We report on the generation and propagation of stretched-pulse in an erbium-doped fiber laser with near-zero dispersion. The pulse exhibits broadband spectrum with sidebands on long-wavelength side, which may be attributed to the strong gain and loss perturbations induced by the long cavity. After the extra-cavity propagation via a 19-m single-mode fiber (SMF), the spectrum of pulses almost keeps unchanged whereas the pulse duration broadens from 0.22 to 6.33 ps, indicating that fiber dispersion plays a key role in pulse propagation. Moreover, the evolution of pulse duration in SMF is in good agreement with that of theoretical predictions. This pulse evolution through extra-cavity fiber is quite different from the evolution of dissipative solitons, in which the pulses are compressed rather than broadened. ? COPYRIGHT 2015 SPIE.
